A drop-in AI chatbot for WordPress — add a key and it’s live.
A WordPress plugin, published on the wordpress.org plugin directory, that integrates the AI Chatbot Assist service into any site. Admins enter and validate their API key from a settings screen in the WordPress admin, through the AIChatAssist API.
Once the key is confirmed valid, the plugin automatically injects the chatbot script and UI elements into the site, giving visitors an interactive, AI-powered assistant with no manual markup. Built with PHP and jQuery.

Adding an AI chatbot to a WordPress site usually means fiddly configuration. The client wanted something a non-technical site owner could switch on in minutes.
03Our approach
I built a self-contained plugin, published on wordpress.org, where setup comes down to entering and validating an API key in the admin. Once the key checks out, the plugin injects the chatbot script and UI automatically — a working, correctly-styled AI assistant with no manual markup.
