A hand-built multi-level mega menu and a Gorgias-integrated post-purchase support flow, staged and shipped SEO-safe on a live Shopify store.

01Overview

A rebuilt storefront that answers “will this fit my vehicle?” fast.

Designed and built a custom multi-level flyout mega menu and header for a Shopify powersports store, matching the approved design with hand-tuned CSS — brand columns, image cards, precise positioning, and responsive behavior.

Also created a post-purchase ‘Let’s Make It Right’ support page and form, integrated with the team’s Gorgias helpdesk (auto-tagging, photo uploads, and email routing to CS). Everything was staged across draft and live themes and shipped SEO-safe, with zero disruption to the live store.

02The challenge

Powersports customers won’t buy a part until they know it fits their exact vehicle, and the team needed a cleaner storefront with support and promotions that were easy to manage — all without disrupting a live store.

03Our approach

I rebuilt the header, footer, product template and key pages, wired the contact forms into their Gorgias helpdesk, and set up targeted discounts on specific collections. For fitment I imported the catalogue with year/make/model data from CSV to power an easy “does it fit my vehicle” search — everything staged and shipped SEO-safe.
