Redesigned Aged Care Solutions’ free cost calculator into a guided, four-step experience. Rebuilt the desktop layout into two columns with a sticky estimate panel that stays in view as users scroll the inputs, swapped dropdowns for clear Yes/No toggles, and restructured the results into a bold daily figure with a clean fee breakdown.
Shipped as a WordPress/Divi plugin — all UI/UX, with the underlying fee calculations preserved exactly.

02The challenge
Aged-care pricing is genuinely confusing, and most families have no simple way to estimate what it will cost. The calculator had to make that clear without overwhelming people — and quietly generate leads for the business.
